1. Scope of Services

AgeLegaro provides specialized legal assistance tailored to seniors, including but not limited to estate planning, will preparation, powers of attorney, and elder law consultations.

2. Information Products

We offer digital guides, webinars, and instructional materials designed to educate seniors and their families on legal topics. These are delivered online immediately upon purchase.

3. Goods

AgeLegaro sells printed handbooks and reference kits that are shipped to your address. Physical items are packaged to ensure safe delivery.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Services

General Consultation Sessions (virtual or in-person) may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund of any service charges paid. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are not eligible for refunds but may be rescheduled once within 60 days without additional charge.

Personalized Legal Research Service is non-refundable once initiated because AgeLegaro allocates dedicated staff time and resources immediately upon confirmation. Clients may request to reschedule these services within 60 days of the original appointment.

4.2 Information Products

Digital products are eligible for a refund if the request is submitted within 14 days of purchase and no downloads or streaming access have occurred. Once any portion of an information product has been accessed, no refunds will be provided.

4.3 Goods

Unused physical goods in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, excluding shipping fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and issued via the original payment method.
